(RAW TEXT VERSION FOR CUT/PASTE)

The only truthsmpleton once more;
The many gifts we exchanged, none were more complete than the simple sharing of our souls;
Worn by the inescapable ferocity of the human condition, I hold mine again for you to see;
Listen, for my soul sings a tune that only you can hear;
Look closely at the hues, whose mixing is untouched by hatred and detestation;
My shell yields to a softer core, revealing the memories of embraces that started your days;
Still I close my eyes and tap a code upon the walls of your mind;
Can you hear me reaching out after these many lives?
Is it clear now how a man can doubt all that he once held as true?
This warm rain strikes upon the windows of my heart, and I realize I may never open my eyes again;
Yet I have no need to see, for the only truths I know are the visions of you.
